National Czech and Slovak Museum and Library
Cedar Rapids Iowa
This facility has the largest collection of items, and the most folk costumes. A growing library where most books are in the Czech language, not a major genealogical resource. This is the national Museum, professionally staffed and run, now focusing on major traveling and temporary exhibits, a must visit if anywhere near Iowa. National

Chicago ILL.
Has a very nice collection of items, professionally displayed, including a large number of folk costumes. A extensive library in the Czech language, a major great genealogical resource for people who belonged to the earliest ethnic Czech fraternal organizations.

SPJST - The Slavonic Benevolent order of the State of Texas, Temple TX
Has a comprehensive Museum, filled with many artifacts. A library with many Czech language books, with an extensive collection of genealogical materials including lodge records for this Texas Czech fraternal organization. Their museum and library holdings focus on Texas, but its all well worth a stop when in the area. S.P.J.S.T
CGSI-CzechoSlovak Genealogical Society International
(Library only - focusing on family history, not a museum)
The society has the largest collection of genealogical items for Czechs and Slovaks in North America. Many maps, family histories, history and language books, they have a fair amount of books in English. C.G.S.I.
